Customized Therapeutic Massage
Customized Therapeutic Massage is a fully personalized session that brings together the techniques, skills, and approaches I've learned throughout my practice. Rather than following one specific massage style or routine, I draw from my full range of training to create a session around what your body needs that day.
Your session may shift between techniques as we work, with pressure, pace, focus, and approach adjusted along the way. Whether your body needs focused therapeutic work, stretching, deeper pressure, relaxation, or a combination of approaches, the session meets you where you are.

Hot Stone Therapy
Sink into the soothing warmth of a full Hot Stone Massage. Heated stones are intentionally incorporated throughout your session, combining therapeutic massage with comforting warmth to help ease muscle tension, encourage relaxation, and allow the body to soften more deeply.
Designed for those who love the grounding warmth of heated stones, this experience allows heat and therapeutic touch to work together throughout the session. Your massage also includes our signature hot towel treatment for an added layer of comfort and care.
Healing Frequency Therapy
Healing Frequency Therapy is an intentionally curated experience created around you. Before your appointment, you'll receive a brief questionnaire exploring what you're currently experiencing and what you'd like to receive from your session. Your responses guide the creation of a personalized soundscape selected specifically for your session.
Your experience weaves together therapeutic bodywork, sound frequencies, guided breathwork and intentional moments. Each element is chosen with purpose, creating space for deep relaxation, emotional release and connection with yourself.
Lymphatic Massage for Detoxification
Lymphatic Massage for Detoxification is a gentle, rhythmic form of bodywork designed to support the body's natural lymphatic flow. Using light, intentional movements, the session focuses on encouraging the movement of lymphatic fluid and supporting the body's natural processes for managing excess fluid and waste.
Pressure is intentionally light and the pace is slow and methodical, allowing focused attention to the lymphatic system while creating space for deep rest and relaxation. Breathwork is incorporated throughout the session, along with gentle exfoliation, castor oil, therapeutic warmth, hot towels, and heated stones for the feet to create a thoughtfully layered experience.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a focused form of bodywork that uses intentional pressure on specific reflex points of the feet, hands, and ears. According to reflexology, these areas correspond with different parts and systems of the body, creating a map that guides the work throughout your session. More than a traditional foot massage, reflexology offers a deeply relaxing experience designed to support balance and overall well-being.
The 30-minute session is dedicated exclusively to the feet. During a 60-minute session, you may choose a more extensive foot-focused experience or include the hands and ears for a more comprehensive session..
