For clarity, reflection, guidance, or support around a specific area of your life.

Spiritual Life Coaching | 3-Session Series
3 × 60 minutes • $240
For someone who wants a little more space to explore patterns, transitions, relationships, spirituality, self-discovery, or a specific goal over time.

Spiritual Life Coaching | 6-Session Series
6 × 60 minutes • $450
For deeper, ongoing support and intentional work over a longer period.

Beyond the Surface: Guided Inner Exploration

For what may be happening beneath the surface. This is currently a complimentary service.

Beyond the Surface uses guided hypnosis and intentional exploration to help you connect with the subconscious mind and bring awareness to patterns, beliefs, emotions, and experiences that may be influencing your present life.

Sessions are designed to create space for deeper self-exploration, insight, and meaningful change.

I’m currently welcoming a limited number of clients for complimentary introductory hypnosis sessions as I continue deepening and expanding this work.
